Zapole [zaˈpɔlɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niwiska, within Kolbuszowa County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Niwiska, 9 km (6 mi) south-west of Kolbuszowa, and 30 km (19 mi) north-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]

The village has a population of 313.
