Zurobata vacillans is a moth of the family Erebidae.[1] It is found in Oriental tropics of India, Sri Lanka,[2] Taiwan and New Guinea.[3][4]

Caterpillar is unique in having host plants rather than typical green plants. Larva also feeds on fungus on dead leaves, several lichens, Coccoidea.
