Grieger, i am a bit confused by the diagram you drawn to illustrate the relationship of "NPV" and “IRR”. The simplest formulation of NPV is "NPV=NET*IRR", therefore, the NPV and IRR should be a direct ratio, rather than the inverse ratio as you shown in the diagram. Is this correct? i am not sure, just a bit doubt about it. Thanks.
