Jerry Picker, my nom de la guitarre, is also my Wikipedia alias. My interests include:

  • 1. Music, especially the history of the electric guitar.
  • 2. U.S. History, including Native American history and the history of the Missouri River Valley. (I was raised in Sioux City, Iowa.)
  • 3. Art, specifically concentrating on Byzantine and Russian icons and iconography.
  • 4. Religion, especially the theology, history, and traditions of the Eastern Orthodox Christian Church.
  • 5. Medicine and human physiology.
