Original – The Collared whitestart (Myioborus torquatus) is a tropical New World warbler found in Panama and Costa Rica. Found in forests above altitudes of 1,500 metres (4,900 ft), this species averages 12.5 centimetres (4.9 in) in length and weighs 11 grams (0.39 oz).
Reason
Good quality image of a colorful bird. We don't have many Central American species featured.
