The optional parameter |switch= will remove the ht-prefixed icons and give their cells grey background. If |switch= is 2, then h- and t-prefixed icon cells will also be similarly greyed out. The optional parameter |hide0= will grey out the base icon.
Icons are displayed 20 pixels high, the same as in route diagrams.
