Suspected sockpuppets [edit]

Both Donkey06 and Ogacihc are mainly SPAs to keep reinstating a particular edit on List of countries and outlying territories by total area. Edit made by Donkey06 and Edit made by Ogacich. They have done several times on the same article.
The IPs listed also have been reinstating the same edit prior to the accounts being created. This is 201.73.141.50 making the same edit and 189.76.226.161 making the same edit. Both IPs have done this several times just like the accounts. Also, both IPs geolocate to Brazil, so they would seem to be related.
I'm certain that Donkey06 is still editing from those IPs (creating account), if it would also be possible to block the IPs even though they haven't edit in about 2 weeks or reprotect the the article listed in the beginning as the article was protected twice because of them.
