I am a professional researcher and do have quite some experience in archival research, publication and editing under my belt with publications in England and Germany, including articles, festschriften and monographs. I am no regular author for Wikipedia (sorry), but if I come across a topic that thrills me I am not shy about it. My interests lie in the realm of modern history, with focus on German history, especially the period of 1900-1945 and post-war history, judicial history during the Third Reich and the development of the German Rechtsstaat after the war as well as Vergangenheitspolitik (politics of dealing with the past).
