The École normale supérieure of the Abdou-Moumouni University in Niamey, Niger, is a teacher training institution that educates secondary school teachers.
History
[edit]The École normale supérieure of Abdou-Moumouni University was established in 1971. It became the University Institute of Teacher Training with the creation of the University of Niamey in October 1973. Later, by decree No. 94-147/PRN/MES/R/T of September 15, 1994, it reverted to being the École normale supérieure.
