The 1981 World Table Tennis Championships – Swaythling Cup (Men's Team) was the 36th edition of the men's team championship.[1] [2]

China won the gold medal defeating Hungary 5-2 in the final. Japan won the bronze medal.[3] [4] [5] [6]
