Altiphrynoides malcolmi is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to the Bale Mountains of Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
