Andrea Petkovic (born September 9, 1987 in Tuzla, Yugoslavia) is a German professional tennis player of Serbian ancestry. She is living in Griesheim near Darmstadt, Germany. As of December 13, 2007, Petkovic reached her career-high ranking singles of World Number 61 on July 27, 2009. Petkovic's highest doubles ranking was World Number 205 on February 9, 2009. Petkovic has won 1 WTA titles, but she has won 7 ITF singles titles and 3 ITF doubles titles. Petkovic became the German national champion in December 2007.

She is coached by her father Zoran Petkovic, a former Yugoslavian Davis Cup player, and first took the courts when she was 6. Petkovic attained German citizenship in 2001.
