Bepi Pezzulli (born 1962, Napoli) read law at LUISS in Rome to, then, earn an LLM from New York University School of Law, and a JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was appointed a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. An alumnus of the venerable "Nunziatella" Military Academy.

After working in the top law practices of Sullivan & Cromwell and Shearman & Sterling in New York, Pezzulli joined the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, to manage the bank's EUR 20 bn treasury operations.

Bepi Pezzulli's legal career has been focused on treasury matters and financial markets, with positions held at some of the most prestigious financial institutions in the world, including global investment manager BlackRock. Aside from his impressive cross-border regulatory expertise, Pezzulli is highly reputed amongst his peers for his deal advisory work.

Further expanding on a fin-tech expertise, Pezzulli joined Italiaonline, the Internet leader and largest digital media group in Italy, in March 2016 and is currently group general counsel and corporate secretary, leading a team of 19. He has been heavily involved in the merger with Seat Pagine Gialle, which created the market leader in the digital advertising space for large corporate accounts and local marketing services for SMEs.

Bepi Pezzulli has been credited by TopLegal and Legal500 as the model legal risk manager, for being capable of achieving process optimisation and efficiency of service delivery via the application of quantitative management models to the provision of in-house legal services.

Pezzulli serves as Chaiman of Select Milano.
