Name could be simplified

The country Georgia has no counties; so Category:Georgia counties would be an unambiguous name. The country, by contrast, does have cities; so Category:Cities in Georgia (listed on the cat page) would be ambiguous and deserves the distinction that the counties cat unnecessarily has; I see that it has in fact been given it, though the old name curiously remains on display here.
