I believe we should remove the Iranian Azerbaijanis category, since people within this category aren't all Iranian Azerbaijanis. Likewise, the Iranian Azerbaijanis category should be removed from other categories, such as Category:People from East Azerbaijan Province. Thank you to any respondents.
