Châu Đức is a rural district of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province in the southeast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 149,707.[1] The district covers an area of 421 km². The district capital lies at Ngai Giao.[1]
There are some natural sights here such as Bàu Sen, Xuân Sơn waterfall.

The district is divided administratively into 1 township Ngãi Giao and 14 communes: Cù Bị, Kim Long, Xà bang, Quảng Thành, Láng Lớn, Bàu Chính, Bình Ba, Suối Nghê, Bình Trung, Bình Giã, Xuân Sơn, Sơn Bình, Suối Rao, Đá Bạc
