Deerland is an unincorporated community in Okaloosa County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Fort Walton BeachCrestviewDestin Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Deerland is located in a rural area along U.S. Route 90 from County Road 393 eastward to the Walton County line. Eglin AFB borders the community on the south; Dorcas, on the north; Mossy Head, in Walton County, on the north; and Killingsworth Crossroads, on the west. Crestview, moreover, is about fifteen miles to the west. The Shoal River skirts Deerland from the Walton County line to the north around the north side of the community westward where it gradually turns to the south into Eglin AFB property.
