Anna Brogan is a British tennis player. She has a career high ranking of 304 achieved on May 29, 2023.[1]

Junior career[edit]
From Newlands, Glasgow, in 2012 Brogan won the International Tennis Federation under-18s world title.[2]
She defeated number one seed Marketa Vondrousova and Ukraine’s Katarina Zavatska on her way to the third round as a junior at the girl's singles at the 2015 Wimbledon Championships.[3] That same year she reached the semi-finals in the Girls' doubles alongside Freya Christie.[4]
Senior career[edit]
Brogan won her first senior title at the W25 event in Tblisi in May 2022. She did so defeating fifteenth-seed Valeriya Yushchenko, second-seed Jia-Jing Lu, fifth-seed Vera Lapko, ninth-seed Leonie Kung and Kristina Dmitruk all without dropping a set.[5]
During the qualifying for the 2023 Wimbledon Championships, Brogan defeated former junior world number one Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva in three sets.[6] In the second round of qualifying she faced fifth-seed Diana Shnaider and triumphed in straight sets to face Bai Zhuoxuan in the final round of qualifying.[7] Despite a straight sets defeat to her higher-ranked opponent in the final qualifying rounds Brogan said after the game that she was “proud” of her efforts that week.[8]
