The Woman in Cabin 10 is an upcoming American psychological thriller film directed by Simon Stone and written by Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse. It is an adaptation of the 2016 novel of the same name by Ruth Ware. It stars Keira Knightley.
Premise[edit]
A woman reporter covering the maiden voyage of a luxury cruise ship is convinced she has seen a mystery passenger through overboard but all guests and crew remain accounted for and no-one else is seemingly interested in investigating.[1]

An adaptation of the 2016 novel of the same name by Ruth Ware, CBS acquired film rights in 2017 and began developing a film with the Gotham Group with acreenwriter Hillary Seitz attached.[2]
A Netflix adaptation directed by Simon Stone and written by Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse, with Keira Knightley leading the cast was reported in May 2024.[3] It is produced by Sister for whom Cindy Holland and Debra Hayward are producers with lda Diffley as executive producer.[4]
