Dustabad-e Bala (Persian: دوست ابادبالا, also Romanized as Dūstābād-e Bālā; also known as Dūstābād)[1] is a village in the Shaskuh Rural District, Central District, Zirkuh County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, it had a population was 95, living in 30 families.[2]
