Captions

A grand staff with treble/G-clef, alto/C-clef & bass/F-clef. Note how the clefs indicate G₄, C₄, and F₃ respectively. The C-clef becomes a tenor-clef when placed 1 line higher & a baritone-clef when 2 lines higher, always centred on C₄ (= middle C).
