Frontier Communications Online and Long Distance, Inc. is a company created in 2009 by Verizon Communications and sold to Frontier Communications in 2010 that provides long distance and internet services to customers served by the following Frontier local telephone operating companies:

The company's Internet assets formerly belonged to Verizon Online and long distance assets from Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Verizon Long Distance, and Verizon Select Services. The company was originally named New Communications Online and Long Distance, Inc.[1] before it was acquired by Frontier Communications.
