J.M.H.J. "Henry" Keizer (born 4 November 1960) is a Dutch businessman and the Chairman of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy since 14 June 2014.[1][2]

On 26 May 2015 Keizer stated that the Netherlands should introduce an electoral threshold.[3]
