If You Swear, You'll Catch No Fish was the second full-length album from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada's punk band SNFU. It was released on BYO Records in 1986. The album was recorded in April 1986 at Power Zone Studio in Edmonton (although the album's liner notes claim the studio is located in Istanbul, Turkey.)
