Institute of Technology is a vocational school in California. Several career training programs are offered at Institute of Technology's three campus locations at Clovis, Modesto, Roseville and Redding, California.

Institute of Technology was originally known as Fresno Institute of Technology was located in downtown Fresno in an old building. After several complaints of the buildings condition the school was moved to 564 W. Herndon Ave. where the present day school is located. After the move the schools name was changed to the Institute of Technology. The school now operates 4 campuses in Clovis, Modesto, Roseville and Redding, California.

Four main program fields are taught at Institute of Technology. These are the Culinary, Technical, Medical, and Business fields. Within each field, students are given the opportunity to specialize in specific areas. They have the opportunity to become a Culinary Arts Specialist, Network Support Technician, Pharmacy Technician or Human Resource Administrator, for example.
