Jay Bienstock (born November 20, 1965) is an American television producer. His credits include Behind the Music, Survivor, The Apprentice, The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, 13: Fear is Real, and There Goes the Neighborhood.

He has been nominated for an Emmy Award five times, winning once. In 2004, he was nominated for Producer of the Year in non-fiction television.

Bienstock grew up in Long Island where he attended and graduated from Syosset High School.
