Lahijan-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان لاهيجان شرقي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Lajan District, Piranshahr County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 14,537, in 2,443 families.[2] The rural district has 46 villages.
