Live at the Brixton Academy, released in 1991, is the only live album released by American rock band Faith No More. It was recorded on April 28, 1990 in London, England. The final two tracks on the album are new songs, recorded in the studio.

The album was not formally released in the U.S., but has always been relatively easy to find in U.S. record stores. This concert was also released on home video in 1990 under the title You Fat Bastards – Faith No More, Live at the Brixton Academy.

In May 2006, Rhino Records released the You Fat Bastards concert on DVD, along with the music video collection Who Cares A Lot? The Greatest Videos. The concert video features songs not found on this album ("As the Worm Turns", "Underwater Love" and "Woodpecker from Mars")

The song "War Pigs" is a Black Sabbath cover, originally released on their seminal second album, Paranoid. The version of "Epic" on this live album features a forty second ad-lib by the band of lines from "Pump Up the Jam", originally by Technotronic, and "We Care a Lot" features seven seconds of "You Got It (The Right Stuff)" by New Kids on the Block.
