Lancaster County Christian School (LCCS) is a private, interdenominational school in West Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 2010 by a group of schools who desired for their children to a have a Christian education. The Lancaster Christian School (founded in 1954) officially merged with Living Word Academy (founded in 1981) in the summer of 2010. The two became Lancaster County Christian School with the high school campus in Leola and the Elementary and Middle School building remaining at the old Lampeter facility. [2]
Lancaster Christian School's faith-based curriculum includes the inerrancy of the Bible, the triune nature of God, creationism, the divinity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ, a sola fide soteriology, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.[3]
