Madchester Rave On E.P. is a release by the Happy Mondays. It was released in November 1989 on Factory Records and was seen[by whom?] to be one of the key releases from the Madchester music scene. The EP was heavily influenced by the Acid House, Rave and club scenes at the time. It became the band's breakthrough release, reaching the top twenty in the UK.
Shortly afterwards, the Happy Mondays released Madchester Rave On - The Remixes, a three-track EP of club DJ remixes. In the US, three of the EP tracks and two of the subsequent remixes were compiled into the seven-track EP Hallelujah.
