The Taipei Metro Nanjing East Road Station is a station on the Wenshan Line located on the border between Zhongshan and Songshan districts, Taipei, Taiwan. When the Songshan Line is completed in 2013, the station will be renamed to Nanjing Fuxing Station and become a transfer station connecting the two lines.

The station is located at the intersection of Fuxing North Rd. and Nanjing East Rd. It has two side platforms and a single exit.

Construction

The Songshan Line station will be a three-level, underground station underneath Nanjing East Rd. Excavation depth will be 25 meters, while the station will be 240 meters long and 22 meters wide. Eight additional exits will be added.

Public art

The Songshan Line station will have a theme of "Reflective Mosaic of Light". The focus will be on variations of light and shadow, and will turn the station into a miniature art museum with artworks in every corner.
