Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Works is a railway rolling stock manufacturer in the People's Republic of China. It is a subsidiary of China South Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry (Group) Corporation.

Nanjing Puzhen has supplied trains to Shanghai Metro Line 3 and Nanjing Metro in partnership with Alstom,[1] and has been named as a future supplier of coaches for UK operator Grand Central Railway.[2]

India's Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL) is also using rolling stock manufactured by Nanjing Puzhen.[3] In May 2008, Nanjing Puzhen constructed 16 trains of 4 cars each for the Mumbai Metro, for a total fee of 6 billion (US$71.9 million).[4]
