The Ottawa River Parkway is a 4-lane limited-access scenic parkway along the Ottawa River in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It runs from Carling Avenue near Connaught Avenue, in the city's western side, to near the Canadian War Museum where it officially becomes Wellington Street at Booth Street west of the Portage Bridge near the city's downtown, though the parkway does not visibly end until east of the Portage Bridge. It is maintained by the National Capital Commission.

It is closed to commercial traffic, so the majority of vehicles are private cars. From Lincoln Fields to Dominion stations, it shares traffic with the Transitway rapid-bus network, as well as STO buses from Gatineau (between Tunney's Pasture and the Champlain Bridge). Besides being a scenic route, it serves as a commuter artery for west-end residents who work in the downtown area, particularly government employees who work at the Tunney's Pasture office complex, and other areas.

The speed limit is 60 km/h (40 mph) on most of the Parkway. However, these speed limits are routinely ignored due to the Parkway being originally designed as a scenic route, not an east/west commuter road, which is now its main function.

On Sundays during summer months (Victoria Day to Labour Day), the Parkway's vehicle lanes are restricted to cars and opened to pedestrian and bicycle traffic from 9am until 1pm.
