Gmina Pakosławice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Pakosławice, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Nysa and 43 km (27 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 74.03 square kilometres (28.6 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 3,508.
