Parque Delta is a shopping center in colonia Piedad Narvarte in Mexico City, built on the site of the former Parque Delta stadium see article in Spanish Wikipedia. It is located at the intersection of Eje vial 1 Poniente Cuauhtémoc and the Viaducto freeway. Its anchor stores include Liverpool. It opened in 2005, was designed by Grupo Arquitech.[1][2] It has 145,000 square metres (1,560,000 sq ft) of space distributed over three levels.[3] The complex receives over 18 millon visitors per year.[4]

In 2013 there were reports of muggings in the area as the center's visitors made for good targets in the poorly lit surrounding area.[4]
