Radosław Kawęcki (born 16 August 1991 in Głogów) is a Polish backstroke swimmer. He is triple gold medalist at the European Short Course Swimming Championships at the distances 100 meter (2011) and 200 meter (2011 and 2012) backstroke events. Kawęcki finished fourth at the Summer Olympic in London at the 200 meter backstroke.
