Rocío Igarzábal (Spanish pronunciation: [roˈsi.o iɣarˈsaβal]; born August 24, 1989; in Buenos Aires), also known as "Rochi Igarzábal", is an Argentine actress, singer and model. She is best known for her role as Valeria "Vale" Gutiérrez in the Argentinean television show Casi Ángeles. She also sang in the soundtrack albums of the show Teen Angels 2 and Teen Angels 3.[1] In 2010, Rochi is the new to make up Teen Angels (together with Lali Espósito, Peter Lanzani, Gastón Dalmau and Nico Riera); she replaced Eugenia Suárez in the series band Teen Angels.[2][3]

Career[edit]

Igarzábal made her professional debut in 2008, when she was cast for the role of Valeria "Vale" Gutiérrez in the television series Casi Ángeles, created by eminent Argentine producer Cris Morena. Before that, she acted in an amateurish theatre. Igarzábal portrayed the Vale "Tumbera" Gutiérrez from 2008 to 2010, and also took part in the Casi Ángeles theatre adaptations. She also participated in the soundtrack albums Teen Angels 2 and Teen Angels 3,[1] and the Teen Angels tours.[4][5] In 2011, Igarzábal became a regular member of the Teen Angels, replacing Eugenia Suárez.[2][3] She also plays guitar, ukelele and sings with the show's cast.

Personal life[edit]

Igarzábal, was born on August 24 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Igarzábal is nicknamed "Rochi" and "Ro" by her friends and family, was born to Joaquín and Adriana; she has two sisters, Martina and Lucía.[6] She is also known for publicly lead a vegetarian lifestyle philosophy and meditation (yoga practice).
