Royds School, founded in 1956, is a school serving approximately 1,300 pupils in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The school was originally a Secondary Modern and is now a non-selective comprehensive serving Rothwell, south Leeds, and the surrounding areas. Since 2000, the school has provided post-16 education with its sister school Rodillian and the local college. The school gained Specialist Language College status in 2003. Royds is a designated Language College which encourages pupils to not only learn languages but to understand the cultures of others.

On 3 November 2010 Royds school was visited by American popstar singer and songwriter Alexis Jordan (singer), Performing 'Good Girl' and 'Happiness, as part of a 96.3 Radio Aire campaign for 100% school attendance through November.
