The Spotted Puffbird (Bucco tamatia) is a species of puffbird in the Bucconidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical swamps and heavily degraded former forest.
