State Route 335 is a short west–east route located entirely in Jackson County in northeast Georgia. From its western terminus at S.R. 15 Alt/S.R. 82 in Jefferson, the route runs east through rural portions of Jackson County until it reaches its eastern terminus at U.S. 441/S.R. 15 in Nicholson.
