I've recently moved the draw and results into a bracket. If anyone has objections/thoughts, I'd love to hear them. Two problems I've noticed are that it's not always clear who's playing who in the first round, and those multi-line player names sure are ugly. I've got a script to fill in these tables, which I plan to do semi-regularly. I'll get to the women's draw tomorrow. --Dantheox 06:48, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Great work. The draw looks beautiful. Thanks!

Congratulations on your tables, maybe you could put the names only (as in section 1) and remove the surnames (sections 3,4) Dingy 02:49, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Week two : it is WRONG, it did not start with the quarter finals but with the 1/8 (group of 16) , the title should be changed (final rounds or quarter-finals to final)Dingy 02:02, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I agree. I was trying to think of an appropriate heading less clunky than 'Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals,' and 'Week Two' seemed roughly accurate. I suppose something like "Final rounds" and "Early rounds" would work just as well. If there's an official name for the last three rounds, then we should use that. Otherwise, we could add the Fourth round to "Week Two" and make the heading correct. A 16-team bracket typically fits on one screen, so that would be an acceptable solution, though it does duplicate more information. I don't really think it's that big of a deal. Suggestions? --Dantheox 02:49, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Suggestion: Final rounds

I made the corresponding part in the french wiki, using the 16-team bracket, it is possible, have a look Dingy 15:04, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Serbia vs. Serbia and Montenegro flag[edit]

I am wondering whether players who started the tournament playing for Serbia and Montenegro, should have their flag changed to either Serbia or Montenegro in matches played after 3 June.

For instance, that's Djokovic situation when he played against Nadal on 7 June. (https://www.eurosport.com/tennis/roland-garros/2006/ouch-djokovic-retires_sto900767/story.shtml)
