2CBA early history
[edit]I've added some info about the stations earlier years. It was incredibly difficult to come up with any sources - it seems google only goes as far back as the mid noughties regarding anything to do with Hope and Heart, but absolutely nothing about 2CBA. I couldn't even find anything about the stations main announcer; Stan Paterson, who done the afternoon shift for over 16 years. I don't know, was the station back then such a huge "care factor zero" with all concerned? I also wanted to mention that it had the "Hammond organ hour" every Monday night, and its hourly news was sponsored by Bruce and Walsh, but again, I left much of that out, as they were absolutely no sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Whitewater111 (talk • contribs) 02:37, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
Removing "More citations needed" tag
[edit]I'd like to consider removing the "More citations needed" tag from this page. I have added considerable references lately to validate what the article is saying. I believe some further changes may be needed in the sections directly under 'Programming' and 'History'. These sections are tricky because there likely be no historic records of the types of music played pre-2000's. The list of artists might be un-necessary.
Feedback welcomed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 110.175.39.180 (talk) 05:32, 27 June 2022 (UTC)
