Gentrification[edit]

"Adams Point has become increasingly populated with Gay/Lesbian couples and families as rents and housing prices across the Bay have soared." ...So what you're basically trying to say is that LGBT's have been displaced from other areas because of rent intensification, only to then move to Adams Point and (unintentionally) cause (you guessed it)...further rent intensification.Critical Chris (talk) 10:40, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
