This is a classic dish in Azerbaijani cuisine (Azerbaijani: əcəbsəndəl). Ajapsandal is an Azerbaijani dish. You will find it in Azerbaijan. Badımcan, zəng bibər, kartof, pomidor və ədviyyatla hazırlanan Azərbaycanın səbzəli yeməyi. Dadlı Yay Yeməyi Əcəbsəndəl. 2-3 əd badımcan 2 əd kartof 2 əd böyük pomidor 2 əd şirin bibər 3 əd soğan 0.5 çq üyüdülmüş zəncəfil 0.5 çq sarıkök Zövqə görə duz-istiot Badımcanı qızartmaq üçün bitki yağı 2 xq kərə yağ 5 diş sarmısaq.

Don't delete information without providing any source for the removal. Ajapsandali is famous in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. It's unfair to delete the 2 and only include Azerbaijan — CuriousGolden (talk·contrib) 06:17, 2 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
