Cap Tikus[edit]

Cap Tikus is regulated in North Sulawesi. It is produced in the farming areas. Excess production is sold to port wine factories ion the coast. It seems to be that the cap tikus is mixed with flavouring and probably water to produce a consistent texture flavour and alcohol content. It is sold in large bottles which have tax stamps affixed. It is therefore legal and a source state revenue and export revenue in the sense it is exported to other parts of Indonesia. I have lived in North Sulawesi and West Papua where it is very popular. It even tastes ok. 2001:8003:A99F:8901:11DC:2DAA:8444:AF1F (talk) 09:33, 4 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
