I found some ceramic neckless pieces that have Amani on them. I found these in the Wilammette River in Eugene, Oregon, USA. Their were 5 pieces in total so we exchanged them among friends that were swimming that day. What a nice memory to remember that moment with my friends. ddhnurse@netzero.net

Amani - Fellowship[edit]

A guy I know who is a native speaker of Kiswahili told me that amani translates to the swedish word "gemenskap" wich roughly means fellowship, camaraderie, friendship, friendliness in the sense of the feeling of having something in common in a group, society, culture, religion, etc...
