Improving coverage[edit]

If the links are followed, and this article's references are read, this and two other articles could be improved considerably. In particular, the second meeting of the Anti-Slavery Convention of American Women was held in 1838 in Philadelphia. --DThomsen8 (talk) 12:35, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think that this page could be improved if there was more discussion of the resolutions made during the meeting, the inclusion/exclusion of black women, and additionally context as well. It would be helpful to provide more background on the social and political events that mobilized the convention. Also, this article specifically discusses the New York meeting, but adding the information about the Philadelphia meetings might be helpful because there isn't a great deal of information it seems specifically about the one in New York. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ayevans (talkcontribs) 19:56, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
