Hi[edit]

Hi, Could someone explain the difference between macro and micro autoradiography. Thanks.

--Macro is just an autoradioagram of something that can viewed and studied without use of a microscope. Microautoradiography, for example, generally uses a nuclear emulsion coating over labelled tissue sections that is subsequently examined with a microscope. Sammyj 00:20, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Evaluation of article[edit]

In general, the introduction could use more detail about the general uses and history of autoradiography. Some simple detail about the uses would be nice - like what field it is used in or simple concepts behind the methodology explained. The coverage of material is neutral. The structure of the page is good but could use more organization. I will add a section about how autoradiographs are used in plant research. I will also add sources and links to my section. I am planning on adding a picture of an autoradiograph of a leaf with distinct minor-veins present and without any identifiable veins (In retrospect, I will not add a picture of an autoradiography because the images I have are unpublished images)

The other sections that are not specific to my field, I will leave alone (I am not going to edit something that I can not speak intelligently about). However, I am going to add internal links to existing phrases in sections added by other users, which will add more clarification to the article.
