I think he attended Dalhousie University in Halifax. I found three poems by him in Fathom, a magazine published at Dalhousie's ENnlish department at http://fathom.english.dal.ca/Fathomvol1%282%29/Fathomvol1%282%29brambury.html If this can be confirmed in a reliable source, it would probably be worth mentioning.
