I don't have a good reference for this, so I won't include it, but in a college history class many years ago my teacher brought up bundling, and another perhaps related practice of placing a board on the bed between two people. He had references to the practice being a part of the reason for the Third Amendment. Apparently Colonials didn't much like having Red Coats sleeping in beds next to the town's young women. If someone could find a source for that, it would, I think, make a good addition to the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.183.22.70 (talk) 23:46, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

Great job
[edit]@Fennec.cs: and @Cschmitz24: I doubt you will get these messages, but I wanted to thank you for doing such a great job on this important topic. I have heard of this subject but never knew what it was formally called until I saw your article. It's really well done, and I wish the two of you were still here to put the finishing touches on the subject. Viriditas (talk) 07:57, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
